The Company hereby announces that, in order to expand into overseas markets, we have established a wholly owned subsidiary, MAEDA AMERICA Inc., in the State of Texas, United States of America.
■ Background and Purpose of Establishment
The Company has identified the expansion of sales of our products, including cranes, not only in Japan but also in overseas markets as one of our key strategies.
Although we have been exporting mainly to European markets, we have unfortunately faced difficulties in the North American market, which is the largest construction machinery market in the world.
In this context, by engaging in market-oriented activities to build a strong dealership network, we have decided to establish the following subsidiary in order to increase our market share in North America for overseas sales.
