  • OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
    • Chapter II (General Policies) – Paragraph 2: Enterprises should respect human rights and avoid causing adverse impacts.
    • Chapter IV (Human Rights) – Paragraph 4: Enterprises should provide protection for whistleblowers and facilitate access to remedies.
  • UNCAC (United Nations Convention against Corruption)
    • Article 33: Protection of Reporting Persons – Encourages states to incorporate measures for the protection of persons who report in good faith.
